With 25 years in Asian insurance markets, both international health and life, Nigel has delivered in senior management and consulting roles with a number of well-known health insurers and MGAs. A true internationalist, he has led successful start-ups and turnarounds in Hong Kong and Malaysia; and has a record of driving new business growth and retention through his commitment to detail, quality and service. Skilled in opening new markets and driving new IPMI brands, he first launched PHC in 2010 in Kuala Lumpur, relocating to Hong Kong shortly after.
Founder-Director of Hong Kong communication agency Emotive Studio, Maud brings branding, design and content expertise to PHC. Expert in re-aligning Asian brands for European markets (and vice versa), she builds brand value, while her multi-disciplinary team of creatives produces diverse content to the highest standards. Her team at Emotive adds a unique perspective to PHC’s proposition, enabling us to deliver turnkey design and branding projects for new and adapted products.
A Parisian by birth, Denis graduated in law and history from Sorbonne University and University of Montreal before working in P&C operations management with Commercial Union and RBC Insurance in Canada. On moving to AGF/Allianz in 2002, he specialised in legal and compliance; and managed their key IPMI, life and disability accounts. Highly skilled in strategic planning and negotiation of capacity and fronting arrangements for MGAs in Europe, the Middle East and Asia and having also worked for a significant global broker, he has deep knowledge of the IPMI value chain and the dynamics of insurer/MGA relationships.
After leaving his native Australia – where he worked for a global insurer, Marc headed claims for the world’s largest specialist IPMI broker for several years, as well leading customer services for a major IPMI provider. Now based in Hong Kong, he has a wealth of knowledge of the A&H, broking and loss adjusting sectors and prioritises excellence in all forms of communication. Marc has a unique view of our market and ‘best practice’ customer service across the whole spectrum of health insurance providers. He holds a marketing degree from Griffith University and is a qualified educator.
